Colouring-In fame!

I did it! I actually won my first colouring-in competition since I was about 8. Back then the prize was a box of pencils, or the monetary value of three dollars. I took the money, which I suspect Mum sourced from her own wallet rather than drive across town to the house of the Chronicle kids-page editor.

Anyway, I haven't picked up the prize for this one yet. Think it might be a Rango dvd. It was organised by the video store in my village (the sleepy Hamlet of Island Bay, in Wellington).  in case you're thinking I trampled on the dreams of all the child entrants, I won for the 14-99 age category. So I only trampled on teenagers who should be out riding with the local bmx gangs anyway, and old people.
